Responsibilities

• Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable.
• Collaborate closely with a team of product designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals.
• Plan and facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff; turn findings into design direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design.
• Experience designing for B2B and solving complex workflows.
• Experience with leading workshops with cross-functional partners.
• Led end-to-end user research initiatives.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver against commitments.
• Previous experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Strong visual and interaction skills.
• The ability to negotiate and prioritize design work.
• Incorporated AI into workflows to improve design process.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
