Responsibilities
- Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable.
- Collaborate closely with a team of product designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals.
- Plan and facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff; turn findings into design direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design.
- Experience designing for B2B and solving complex workflows.
- Experience with leading workshops with cross-functional partners.
- Led end-to-end user research initiatives.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver against commitments.
- Previous experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.
- Strong visual and interaction skills.
- The ability to negotiate and prioritize design work.
- Incorporated AI into workflows to improve design process.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
