Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong product design skills to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, as well as contributing to the user experience and visual identity of our product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching marketing collateral, including but not limited to website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and print materials, that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
- Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, icons, typography, and color palettes, to ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, product design, and user experience to drive innovation and elevate our brand and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, product designer, or UI/UX designer, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across a variety of mediums, with a focus on both graphic design and product design projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for design, technology, and user experience, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
