Role Overview
As the Head of Product, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the product as a business: strategy, team, P&L, and long-term growth.
- Define product and growth strategy: shape the vision of where the product should be and how to get there.
- Stabilize the unit economics of the product: pricing, paywall, retention, acquisition, and key metrics.
- Build a system of product experiments to grow revenue and scale the product.
- Deeply engage with content: understand what performs, influence content strategy, and interact with production.
- Closely collaborate with marketing to scale through paid channels (Meta, CPA networks, and others).
- Build the product team: hire, develop, set clear goals, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Make key product decisions: strategy, monetization, positioning, and roadmap.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2C product companies, with 1+ year as Head of Product or Lead PM.
- Proven experience in product growth with subscription monetization – has concrete results in figures.
- Deep understanding of unit economics and P&L – can manage the product as a separate business.
- Experience building and managing a product team: goal setting, personal development, process formation.
- Strong analytics: A/B testing, working with retention, acquisition, paywall, and product metrics.
- Practical experience using AI tools for product growth, process automation, or team efficiency enhancements.
- Experience interfacing with marketing and working with performance traffic acquisition channels.
- Independence in decision-making – comfortable working in uncertainty and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching new products or product lines from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial background or experience in a fast-growing company.
- Experience scaling products to global markets.
