About AIOS

AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. We’re >$300M ARR, serving >140k/mo patients, growing >10x YoY. We’re Europe’s fastest growing healthcare company. We’re profitable.

As our wedge into the European healthcare system we’re using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. We’re the only AI-native GLP-1 provider in Europe.

Our master plan:
  • Step 1 → $1Bn/yr: Over the last 12 months we've grown 40x to >140k UK GLP-1 patients. In 2026, we’ll hit $1Bn/yr and become #1 GLP-1 provider in UK.
  • Step 2 → $10Bn/yr: Blitzscale Europe. Become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider by acquiring, retooling, then rapidly scaling regulated infrastructure across the top 10 EU markets, just as we did in the UK.
  • Step 3 → $100Bn/yr: Use our scale to vertically integrate across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing of medication. We'll be the first and only vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe.
TLDR = 2026-2030 is the blitzscale landgrab until the semaglutide patent cliff, then we vertically integrate and own the whole value chain. The only way to keep up with this scale is to replace all marginal human time with AI.

Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

About the Role

We are building a world-class team. You’ll be taking on a senior, high-ownership role in product design at Aios Medical. We have multiple roles in the team across our clinical software and customer facing mobile app. You’ll be stepping into a product that has grown fast and needs stronger design leadership, judgment, and structure. Some of this work is visible and polished. Some of it is messy and internal. You’ll own projects end-to-end. That means taking loosely defined problems, talking to the right people, understanding workflows and constraints, and shipping solutions you can stand behind. We’re looking for someone who can run with a problem independently and be trusted to get it over the line.

The work often sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and real constraints. You might be working with engineers on a customer app flow, untangling a complex internal workflow that’s slowing teams down, reviewing CX tickets to understand where users are breaking, or defending a design decision.

You’ll report directly to our Head of Product Design (Ryan Wu) and work closely with our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle). You’ll also work alongside the rest of our Product and Design org, as well as our engineering and CX teams. You’ll be superb at collaborating and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design ownership: You take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution.
  • Customer apps: You design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences. Mobile app work is a major focus area.
  • Internal tools & workflows: You work on internal products used by clinical, ops, enrolment, and CX teams, focusing on workflow, usability, and efficiency.
  • Complex problem solving: You work on products with real commercial and regulatory constraints. You understand that not everything can be changed freely.
  • Business & user understanding: You start from the business problem and the user need. You can clearly explain what problem you were solving and why.
  • End-to-end project ownership: You lead projects independently, including discovery, talking to users or internal teams, defining the solution, and shipping it.
  • Clear communication: You can articulate your thinking, defend decisions, and hold your ground in discussions with strong opinions.
  • Hands-on leadership: You’re comfortable being senior, helping shape how design works, and supporting other designers as the team grows, without stepping away from hands-on work.

Requirements

Need to have

  • Experience: You’ve spent 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile, including customer-facing mobile apps or internal tooling.
  • Portfolio grounded in reality: Your portfolio shows real product work that shows off your design taste.
  • Ownership & execution: You take loosely defined problems and run with them.
  • Practical craft: You care about clarity and usability more than surface-level polish.
  • Clear thinking & communication: You can clearly explain what problem you were solving and what tradeoffs were involved.

Nice to have

  • Formal or equivalent design training: You’ve studied design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Working in regulated and complex products: You understand design decisions shaped by regulation, compliance, legal requirements, or strong business rules.
  • Design that gets built: You understand how design decisions show up in real code and systems.

Our Cultural Standards

  • Belief in the mission: We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.
  • Unwavering integrity: We must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.
  • Only the paranoid survive: Join us to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction.
  • If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, focusing on quality of execution.
  • Commitment to candor: Feedback with love and full transparency.
  • A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute with an intensity that most people think is impossible.
  • Enduring frugality: We are frugal, hating being wasteful.
  • Bulldozing barriers: We shape the world with relentless resourcefulness.
  • Keep your head down: Focus on what matters and ignore short-term dopamine hits.
  • The power of focus: Know your One Thing and nail it.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 (inc equity)

Benefits:
  • Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate)
