Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of meaningful product experiences that make security clear, usable, and trustworthy.
• Own well-defined features and problem spaces.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality work.
• Contribute to design direction within your focus area.
• Collaborate closely with your team on shared standards and practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools.
• A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating craft, design process, and impact.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and/or User Research.
• Growing product thinking and informed design decisions using research and data.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and seek feedback.

Bonus Points For

• Experience designing for security, privacy, enterprise, or highly regulated products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience running or participating in usability tests or other research methods.
