We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in creating intuitive designs, and enabling users to seamlessly understand our value using a product growth mindset. Your contributions will disrupt the Healthcare payment integrity space. 

Responsibilities 

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and marketing, to craft user-centric workflows for diverse personas. 

· Design delightful solutions that elevate the end-user experience, ensuring consistency across Lyric’s product portfolio. 

· Transform ideas into tangible concepts, develop mocks, gather stakeholder feedback, and deliver high-level designs for implementation by our Engineering team. 

· Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and industry advancements, continually enhancing our experience. 

· Actively contribute to identifying future opportunities, providing recommendations, and iterating for project improvement. 

· Build customizable dashboard experiences for visualizing customer data. 

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous iteration and improvement. 

Qualifications 

· 5+ years of UI/UX design experience 

· Available portfolio with samples of work demonstrating experience in building user-centered designs, particularly focusing on desktop applications with a strong emphasis on dashboard-centric interfaces. 

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar

· Strong knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design principles and techniques for web-based solutions. 

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work closely with Engineering and Product teams to bring ideas to completion. This includes effectively discussing design processes, ideas, and solutions while being open to feedback and constructive criticism. 

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, enabling a better understanding of how designs are translated into code and facilitating more effective communication with engineering. 

· Excellent presentation skills, capable of communicating concept designs effectively across different organizational levels. 

· Experience in the healthcare industry and/or building platforms with role access-based functionality is desired.
