About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own UX/UI across our Ü Snacks brand portfolio, from launching new products to optimizing site performance and user flows. You'll build scalable design systems, improve conversion across our ecommerce ecosystem, and partner with cross-functional teammates to create best-in-class experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts strategic and hands-on, deeply curious about customer behavior, and obsessed with great design. If you want to shape how our brands show up online and actually see your work drive conversion, this is that role. You'll report directly to the VP of Ecommerce.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead UX/UI across the full funnel (PDP, cart, checkout, account, first-order flow) with an eye on conversion, not just polish
  • Design experiences for new product and brand launches that match packaging quality from day one
  • Own and evolve our cross-brand design system (Figma components, tokens, patterns) so every brand ships fast without quality drift
  • Translate our brand books into a premium digital experience across typography, motion, imagery, and information hierarchy
  • Partner with the CRO team to keep the landing page test pipeline full with high-quality, on-brand variants
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, setting the craft bar and helping them grow into a stronger designer
  • Review and calibrate work across the design team and agency partners, raising the bar on everything that ships

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 6+ years in product/UX/UI design, including 3+ years designing for premium DTC ecommerce on Shopify or Shopify Plus
  • Has built or rebuilt a design system from the ground up, including tokens, components, documentation, and governance, and can point to real adoption
  • Has a portfolio that shows unmistakably on-brand, premium work, not a templated Shopify build
  • Understands DTC funnel mechanics deeply (PDP, cart, checkout, subscription, upsell) and can explain design decisions in conversion terms
  • Has experience designing across multiple brands or product lines at once
  • Is a power user of Figma and uses AI to speed up their own design process

  • Balances craft and conversion on every decision, and can articulate the tradeoff
  • Brings a strong point of view without ego, and collaborates well across growth, brand, lifecycle, and engineering
  • Owns the outcome. Doesn't wait for a perfect brief. Pulls context and moves.
