Youโll be part of our design team which spans the UK, India and Australia. While you embrace working asynchronously, youโre also flexible with your working day to accommodate our โGolden Hoursโ.
Our design team is part of a much larger Agile team where youโll be working collaboratively with your fellow designers but also alongside engineers, business analysts, product managers and other senior leaders. Youโll be working with various squads across our large delivery team to generate ideas and ensure your high-quality designs translate into solutions that work for our users.

What you'll be doing
- Talking to our users: Running research sessions to gain insights into user needs and behaviours, then combining these learnings with business requirements to help tackle exciting challenges in the property industry.
- Working in a distributed team: Youโll be part of our growing design team that spans the UK, India and Australia.
- Collaborative mindset: Working alongside other Designers, Engineers, Product Managers and Senior Leaders. Working with various squads within our large Agile delivery team, to generate ideas and ensure your high-quality designs translate into solutions that work for our users.
- Designing, testing and iterating: Applying UX design principles and creating prototypes to get quick feedback before iterating.
- Full end-to-end: Working from start to finish, from discovery through to delivery and beyond.
- Continuous feedback: Seeking user feedback in continuous loops to help prioritise and make decisions to ensure our product is always improving and evolving for the better.
What youโll bring to the table
- 4-5 years' experience in product design or UX/UI
- Youโre passionate about user-centred design and solving problems, itโs what gets you out of bed in the morning
- Have experience in planning, conducting and analysing remote and face-to-face usability studies
- The ability to draw on a range of UX research methodologies to help inform your decisions and solutions, as well as confidently communicate the what and why
- Experience conducting discovery work to ensure we build โthe right thingโ for our users.
- Experience designing for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS product
- Be able to clearly document concepts from flows to prototypes and explain your rationale
- Be unafraid to ask โwhyโ when working with stakeholders and product managers and advocating for the user
- Experience facilitating workshops, bringing cross-functional peers into the design process
- Have a desire to revolutionise the property exchange process in the UK
- Strong skills in UX Design: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture and journey mapping
- A strong understanding of UI patterns, accessibility and great attention to detail
- Great communication skills to effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders, explain your ideas and thought processes
- Happy working at pace and pitching in wherever help is needed
- Curiosity, adaptability and an eagerness to learn quickly
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with diverse teams to bring ideas to life. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and push boundaries to create transformative solutions
