At PVcaseβs Ground Mount team, product managers, designers, and engineers work closely together to accelerate the transition to green energy by providing our customers with software that helps design high-performing and economical photovoltaic (PV) parks. Your role in the team would be to foster shared understanding of usersβ needs and help shape the product in a direction that helps serve those needs while also serving business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product functionalities that are proven to be well-designed.
- Own and drive improvements of user experience and business metrics.
- Conduct research and usability tests by having frequent touchpoints with PVcaseβs users.
- Analyze the impact your design initiatives had to end-users and communicate these findings to the wider product team.
- Create various design artifacts, such as wireframes, users flows and prototypes to make informed product decisions.
- Be the voice that educates the organization on best UX practices and maintains high design maturity standards.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve the way PVcase design team works.
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer (having designed complex enterprise products is a big plus).
- Strong track record of building high-quality products that effectively serve the needs of both customers and the business.
- Customer-centricity and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Ability to comfortably engage in detailed conversations about strategy and product design with both non-technical and technical audiences.
- Fluency in doing discovery research and conducting usability tests that result in actionable findings.
- Ability to base your design decisions on solid reasoning and evidence from research/testing.
- Ability to story-tell and present your design ideas in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and design terminology.
- Great design tools skills such as Figma, XD or Sketch (we work with Figma).
- Good understanding of Windows OS and itβs UI patterns (Familiarity with AutoCAD is a big plus).
- Ability to comfortably work (or eagerness to learn) in a technical domain involving 3D modeling, physics and electrical engineering.
- C1 or above English language skills (excellent written and verbal communication).

Salary Range:
- Lithuania: 63,400 - 83,300 EUR gross/yearly.
- Spain: 56,200 - 73,800 EUR gross/yearly.
- Germany: 73,100 - 96,000 EUR gross/yearly.
The final offer will depend on experience and competencies.
