We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. You’ll lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for frontline workers.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across weband mobile — from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
- Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simplerand smarter without adding complexity.
- Translate ambiguous, fast-moving AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions in close partnership with product and engineering.
- Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse,and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability,and high craft.
- Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders,and champion high quality across the product lifecycle.
- Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your workand push the quality ceiling of your output.
About You
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Excellent communicationand storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces,and influence cross-functional peers.
An expert level of English, both spoken and written,is required,as the individual will need to work across multiple teamsand present work to executive stakeholders.
