As a Senior Product Designer at Innovaccer, you will own the end-to-end design process for key product features. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate complex user problems into intuitive, user-focused designs while mentoring junior designersand guiding our design principles. You will contribute to the design system by refining and expanding our design principles, ensuring consistency across all products.

You will support and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient design handoffs, aiming to rapidly release iterativeand transformational product changes. Your design approach will be driven by data, user research, and your skills as a designer; you’ll test and refine your designs until they deliver predicted outcomesand collaborate with product managers to incorporate user feedback. Your contributions will help maintain the consistencyand scalability of our design system, ensuring Innovaccer’s design approach stays aligned with the company’s broader vision.

The ideal candidate has strong UX/UI skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead smaller projects autonomously. You are self-sufficientand proactive at identifying problemsand opportunities for improvement. You have proven experience in conducting user research,designing for complex systems,and working closely with cross-functional teams. • Design and iterate on product features in adherence to our design principlesand guidelines.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of product design experience
  
• A solid understanding of both UXand UI design principles
  
• Strong collaborationand communication skills, with an ability to prioritize user experience
  
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  
• Strong eye for interaction designand visual detail, particularly at a system level
