We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how millions of users understand and improve their financial health across mobileand web.

You’ll own design end-to-end for a defined product area, from framing the right problems through research, prototyping, validation,and delivery. Our focus is on creating more value beyond the credit score, making complex financial information feel simple, useful,and trustworthy,and embedding AI into both our products and our daily work.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role with a strong research mindset. You’ll speak directly with German-speaking users, work closely with Product, Engineering,and Data, contribute to our design system,and support less experienced designers through collaborationand feedback.

Your tasks

• Lead product design for a defined area across mobileand web.
• Turn complex financialand credit-related information into experiences that feel simple, useful and trustworthy.
• Planand conduct customer research, interviewsand usability testing, particularly with German-speaking users.
• Translate qualitative researchand behavioural data into clear product decisions.
• Create user flows, interaction models, prototypesand polished product experiences in Figma.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalableand implemented with high quality.
• Partner with Productand Data to define what success looks likeand evaluate the impact of shipped work.
• Contribute toand improve reusable patternsand our design system.
• Use AI practicallyin your day-to-day work to accelerate research, exploration, prototypingand documentation.
• Help shape AI-powered customer experiences where relevant — while applying strong judgement around trust, clarityand user control.
• Share your expertise, give thoughtful feedbackand help raise the quality of design across the team.

Requirements

• You have around 6–8 years of experience in product design, ideally working on digital consumer products.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences across mobileand web.
• Advanced skills in Figma, interaction designand prototyping.
• Strong hands-on user research experience — not only consuming research, but planningand conducting it yourself.
• The ability to simplify complex, data-heavy or sensitive topics into clear customer experiences.
• Strong product thinkingand the ability to connect design decisions to customerand business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineeringand Data in cross-functional teams.
• Confidence working independentlyand taking ownership from ambiguity through delivery.
• Germanat C1 level or above, includingthe ability to conduct customer interviewsand usability studies.
• Strong practical experience using AI toolsin your design workflow — for examplein exploration, synthesis, prototyping or documentation.
• A collaborative, kindand constructive working style.
• Experiencein fintech, banking, financial services or another regulated/data-intensive environment is a strong plus.
