As a UX/UI Designer at Kaedim, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to translate user needs and business goals into engaging and effective designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
  • Develop and iterate on user interface designs that align with branding and usability standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
  • Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing and surveys.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile app design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work and design process.
