We are seeking a talented Junior Product Designer with a passion for product design and an obsession with customers to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by designing a self-service platform across Twilio’s communication channels, working alongside our product team.

Requirements:

Can share a portfolio with beautiful, usable, straightforward, and lovable designs that demonstrate technical product thinking and an understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
Exhibits a strong grasp of the user-centered design methodology, including research, ideation, prototyping, presentation, feedback solicitation, and user testing
Able to craft high-quality user interfaces and flows in a systematic, detail-oriented way. Ensures the coded implementations are consistent with designs.
Welcomes feedback and has the ability to provide useful and constructive feedback to peers of all levels.Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, Information Management, Psychology, Anthropology, or equivalent practical experience.
