Description:
- Lead the design team to build a robust design system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and execution excellence
- Develop and evolve the Collibra Design System
- Mentor and manage a team of UI and UX designers
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in UX Design or related Design field
- 6+ years of experience managing and leading design teams
- A bachelorβs degree or equivalent related working experience, ideally in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or Computer Science
