Description:
- The Senior Director of UX Design will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience strategy for a mobile-first, online ticketing platform targeting a young, tech-savvy demographic
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Manage a small, dedicated team of designers, driving innovation and excellence in UX design efforts
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives
- Continuously optimize the user experience through testing and feedback mechanisms
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and iterating on design processes and practices
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in the ecommerce industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful mobile UX design projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ideally with Figma
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive design decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
