Description:
- Responsible for leading moozoom global instructional design, pedagogical development, and alignment with the vision
- Edit or create engaging, multi-tiered pedagogical experiences and activities
- Design and develop all moozoom's K-12 pedagogical material
- Supervise a team consisting of instructional designer and pedagogical consultants
- Conduct user interviews to determine the learning needs
- Conduct training for sales and customer success teams
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in instructional design and educational technology
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Education, or a related field
- Masterβs degree in education
- Proven working experience in instructional design and US K12 educational technology
- Excellent knowledge of SEL learning theories, as well as CASEL and ASCA frameworks
- Highly creative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- A school counselor background is a plus
