tests new product ideas, and figures out the best UX for communicating all of this to the customer on our website.
The role will include
- Monitoring and analysing trends in the conversion funnel, to identify potential opportunities to increase value conversion.
- Understanding our customer needs, via customer research, collaboration with other teams, and quantitative analysis, to identify potential opportunities to better serve customers, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Leading the process for testing these ideas, including:
- Coordinating with other teams within iwoca such as Credit Risk, Capital Markets and Operations, to figure out how we can test these opportunities.
- Working with our developers to smoothly and efficiently launch the tests.
- Monitoring and analysing test performance with the support of our data scientists.
- Sharing learnings from these tests with the wider business, and figuring out how these learnings should inform iwocaโs lending strategy in the future.
- Collaborating with the Team Lead, to set the team priorities and roadmap.
The requirements
- Lending knowledge or interest to develop this knowledge.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience with Python is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to distil complex information into key points, and present information (both written, and verbally) that is clear, succinct, well-structured, and engaging.
- Experience of working with tech, or willingness to develop in this area. You will need to be able to discuss the possibilities and limitations of our platform with our engineers, though you donโt need to be an engineer yourself and wonโt need to write detailed technical specifications.
- Team player with a fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility, and enthusiasm: you will need to work with various teams to get stuff done in a rapidly growing environment
The salary
We expect to pay from ยฃ50,000 - ยฃ70,000 for this role. But, weโre open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
