As a Product Designer you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers to enhance existing products and develop innovative new ones. Your role is pivotal, directly influencing our core product offerings. With a focus on iteration and ground-up design, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company's success. This role offers high visibility and the chance to contribute to the evolution of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users while maintaining a polished and intuitive user experience.

This is a full time role and can be based remotely anywhere within the United States on an ongoing basis. Standard AI is a remote first company. We want our employees to have the flexibility to create work habits, locations, and schedules that best fit their lives.

What you'll do here:

• Own all end-to-end Design efforts
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions.
• Design and develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable, and set a new standard for craft across the company.
• Create, collaborate on, and iterate prototypes, user journeys, and key flows.
• Contribute to the product vision and collaborate with a team to define and design user interfaces, systems, and interaction, visual, and motion design patterns.
• Drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.

What you’ve done before:

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• 2+ years of experience designing B2B analytics and insights products, dashboard design and data visualization for mobile and web
• Mastery of design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other relevant tools used for UI/UX design. 
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies, including information architecture, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations to enhance user experience.
• Have worked in startup or on AI products specifically
