Job Description
At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. We believe security should be continuously monitored and verified. We achieve this by empowering companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. We are seeking a Design Director for our Trust Management Product, someone with a proven track record of leading teams to build exceptional B2B SaaS products with consumer-grade quality that have a measurable business impact. This team develops multiple products leveraging AI to make security reviews and responding to questionnaires for potential buyers quick and seamless.
You will thrive at Vanta if you are a true builder (of both teams and products), and if you enjoy ambiguity, complexity, and the autonomy to shape the strategy for an optimal and efficient customer experience. Youโve achieved great outcomes by using your design skills to focus on customer needs, understanding technical challenges, and partnering well with product management and engineering counterparts for a cohesive strategy. Prior experience in security is helpful but not required. Weโve found that leaders with strong design skills in technically complex areas can bring fresh perspectives to create great experiences for our users.
The design organization at Vanta advocates for our customers and users by delivering efficient experiences for our trust management platform. We aim to earn their trust and build a more secure internet. Providing value to our customers will enable Vantaโs success as a business. You will play an integral role as a thought leader, shaping our design practice as we continue to scale rapidly.
