Job Description
We are looking for like-minded people eager to join our team and help architect the future of life science commercialization through our enterprise SaaS products. We are a small but mighty team of around 40 (for now!) internationally-based colleagues. As we grow, we are looking for Ostronauts who want to join us on our growth journey to disrupt life science digital marketing and who are ALSO committed to our values of teamwork and honesty!

***Please note: This is a ONLY a contract role and would work for our organization in a 1099 capacity.
What we are looking for!
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment shipping consumer-facing products.
- Skills: Proficiency in design, design system maintenance, and prototyping in Figma
- Agility: Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering visually perfect designs.
- User-Centered: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your design process, high-fidelity mockups, and final products.
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets both user needs and business objectives.
- Visual Design: Ensure that all designs are polished, visually appealing, and align with our brand standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address design challenges creatively and efficiently, balancing the need for visual perfection with the demands of a fast-paced development cycle.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week (preferably during business hours in EST) at an hourly rate dependent on experience between 65-75/hour.
