- Advocate for user-centered product roadmaps, interface guidelines, design patterns, and user insights.
- Develop deep empathy for our customers and use research to inform design solutions.
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, goals, pain points, workflows, and operations.
- Leverage data to understand how product changes affect user behaviors and attitudes over time.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices, trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to our product design process and culture.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years managing and mentoring SaaS design and UX professionals.
- Expertise in leading and mentoring teams of 10+ product designers and UX roles, fostering a healthy environment for optimal work.
- Proven track record hiring, growing, and retaining great design and UX talent.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, leadership, and strategic thinking and design skills.
- Strong ability to apply user-centered design principles to complex software products with attention to detail.
- Effective storytelling skills for design concepts, ideas, decisions and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience designing across web and mobile.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, to define product design strategy and roadmaps.
- Stellar product sense and appreciation for great design.

- Champion a commitment to high quality, velocity, customer-centricity, and impact.
- BA/BS degree in a related field, such as interaction / product / graphic design, communications, or human-computer interaction.
- Figma plus other tools.
