Polymarket is looking for a Product Designer to join our NYC team (remote). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing world class consumer products, with a focus on creating deeply engaging, user-centric experiences. You will work directly with the Founder and company leadership to spearhead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also delightful.

What you'll do

• Lead product design projects. You’ll take charge of design initiatives, creating innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research. You’ll perform detailed user research to inform design decisions, ensuring that our solutions are grounded in real user needs.
• Prototype and test. You’ll create prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
• Establish design guidelines. You’ll develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure product consistency across all platforms.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• (Plus) Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in the fintech or blockchain space
