As the primary designer for the Go-to-Market team, the Senior Designer will play a crucial role in shaping TRM’s visual identity and bringing our brand, products and expertise to life across various mediums and channels. From your seat on the Marketing team, you will embrace a role that’s multidisciplinary in nature, effectively dividing your focus between designing robust visual systems, providing direction and feedback to others, and producing head-turning design assets that enable elegant brand and product storytelling.

The impact you'll have here:

  • Produce assets to support marketing campaigns, product launches and events, including overarching creative concepts, print and digital content, video, web pages, decks, ads, swag, signage and more.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and the Design Project Manager to build scalable design engines and efficient hand-offs between teammates, including building templates and automations where possible.
  • Oversee and manage recruitment of freelance or agency talent where needed (illustrators, animators, UX designers, etc.), providing direction and ensuring high production standards and cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Develop and refine TRM's visual brand strategy and core assets, ensuring a clear and compelling visual identity that aligns with the company's goals and values.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, and/or graphic design, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print design.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

At TRM, we know that supporting our team members can take many forms. Our goal is to enable you to care for yourself, your family, and your community with a diverse and curated benefits package for full-time employees.

  • Remote-first work environment
  • Competitive salaries and stock options
  • Premium health, dental, and vision insurance
  • FSA, HSA, and 401K programs
  • Life & disability coverage
  • Generous paid time for vacation, holidays, and parental leave
  • Fertility, professional coaching, and mental health resources
