Job Description
As a Product Designer, you play a pivotal role in designing the Listrak product. Youโll partner with a Product Manager and an engineering team to own a critical part of our product platform. Youโll also work closely with the rest of our design team to ensure everything we do is intuitive, delightful, and cohesive. Reporting to our Director of Product Design, youโll work collaboratively to foster a design-driven, user-obsessed culture across the product and company.
- Responsible for all phases of the product design lifecycle โ everything from gathering user insights, exploring solutions, creating both low- and high- fidelity designs, prototyping your work, driving user testing to validate the designs, and collaborating with engineers to make the designs a reality.
- Collaborate with a Product Manager to bring the voice of design and our users to the product planning process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability, while helping evolve and expand our visual design aesthetic.
- Prioritize the needs of your team to ensure quality designs are delivered in the right order and on time.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
This role requires the ability to work East Coast hours.
You have:
- Bachelor degree in design, or related equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Experience within SaaS UI/UX required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Figma, or with similar design tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Demonstrated ability to get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with partners in engineering and product.
