As the Product Designer at Catalyst/Totango, youβll work with an amazing group of engineers and Product Managers on a mission-critical piece of the platform. Your job is to help Customer Success teams make the most out of their customer data by making it easy to integrate, query, edit, and visualize. You will guide the direction of the UI and UX of all features built on your team.
What Youβll Do
- Work through design problems from start to finish, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts, and providing the detailed workflows and interactions for engineers to develop
- Partner with engineers and Product Managers to define and iterate on the product roadmap
- Present designs regularly throughout the iterative design process to a cross-functional team. Utilize feedback and constructive criticism to quickly iterate on the designs
- Collaborate with other Product Designers to raise the overall quality, and continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling
What Youβll Need
- 2+ years of experience designing digital products, not just websites. You have helped ship products that solve real problems that people use
- Motivated self-starter who can own problems end-to-end, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a desire to make things better
- Strong communication skills to help people across the company understand the rationale behind your design decisions
- Ability to sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability, and design the fine-grained details of components, interactions, and transitions using Figma
- A portfolio highlighting your most impactful projects that showcases your design process
