We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth Product team at AppFollow. This is a highly visible and rewarding role with the potential to make an immediate positive impact on AppFollow key initiatives. As a Senior Product Designer, your objective will be to design efficient and modern UX, from the first touch to the aha moment. You will work on creating smooth user experiences with activation product features, pricing and packaging, testing new hypotheses, and more, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
About the Role:
- Work with product teams to craft design solutions that move forward the teamβs goals and impact company metrics.
- Deliver high-quality, complete designs in Figma that take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs.
- Provide feedback on other designersβ solutions and design processes with a possible later transition into Design Leadership role.
- Conduct user research and communicate findings & suggestions to product teams.
- Champion UX best practices to ensure weβre all making informed design decisions together.
- Adhere to established design patterns, or help to build upon and deliver improvements to existing patterns.
About you:
- Over 5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing design impact.
- Strong understanding of business and product metrics.
- Proficient in crafting compelling and engaging user experiences through designs that encourage desired user actions and boost conversions.
- Expertise in supporting and developing design systems.
- Experience in testing and validating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods.A strong willingness to learn, grow, and drive changes to improve the product continuously.
- Ability to articulate design decisions through clear, empathic communication.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently, yet still a collaborative team player who actively discusses solutions with the team.
- Upper intermediate English and Russian
