- In this role, youβll work closely with product teams to ensure HubSpot products meet high quality standards
- Work in partnership with teams to define, maintain, and evolve essential use cases to improve customer satisfaction
- Investigate new problem spaces that span multiple groups
- Help team members engage more deeply with data
- Model ways to gracefully shift gears as new information becomes available

- Lead the creation of UX evaluation strategies, ensuring key use cases are covered
