Description:
- In this role, you’ll work closely with product teams to ensure HubSpot products meet high quality standards
- Work in partnership with teams to define, maintain, and evolve essential use cases to improve customer satisfaction
- Investigate new problem spaces that span multiple groups
- Help team members engage more deeply with data
- Model ways to gracefully shift gears as new information becomes available

- Build domain knowledge across all product areas
- Being considered a master in uncovering new unmet user needs across the product
- Contribute significantly to improving product quality and exemplify HubSpot’s commitment to craft
- Lead the creation of UX evaluation strategies, ensuring key use cases are covered
- Have deep data analysis skills
