The role is part of a small and agile team. The team provides insights about people and customers, market trends, competitors and product analytics to support the company in the decision-making of our future product offerings. The role will be situated in the team division delivering insights about people and customers. In this role you will be able to dive into the lives of existing and potential customers, to understand what enables them to think better. As we are scaling the team, this role will be able to contribute to the development of the People and Customer insight area of work in the organization.
The team works closely with product strategy, concept development and R&D. As a Project manager you will be responsible for managing insight studies with the purpose of learning about our existing and future customers. As a researcher you will contribute to building a solid understanding of who people and customers are, based on qualitative methods and analysis.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both project management and qualitative research.
Your background:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Have experience from product development
- Hands-on experience with qualitative research
- Experience with and interest in project management
Your education is less relevant than your interest and skills; we believe this role can be filled by a design researcher, service designer or business designer, but we are also open to other backgrounds. We do however expect you to have relevant education on Bachelor or Master level, as well as minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Wanted start date: ASAP - Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis, but due to summer holiday, we expect to continue most of the process and close it in August.
