Twin Health is looking for creatives who will have the opportunity and challenge of bringing to life Twin Health through thoughtful, beautiful and insightful design. A key focus will be how we bring the Twin brand to life as well as the Digital Twin.
We are looking for a Sr Designer to be the cornerstone of a world class creative team. This experienced designer will be just as comfortable creating killer design as they are guiding and collaborating with outside agencies and freelance designers. This senior design leader will help build Twin into the first brand in health care that people know and love. They will play a critical role in helping to establish how Twin shows up in the world in all channels. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand architecture, multi-disciplinary design experience including but not limited to packaging, print design, digital design, internal communication, presentation design and asset creation as well as advertising and marketing materials. The ability to thrive and create a vision for work in a fast-paced, iterative, unstructured environment is critical. As a member of the Twin design leadership team, you will grow our evolving design practice within consumer marketing, guiding the broader team to redefine how design is experienced.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful, consistent, and user-validated experiences across mobile and web.
- Serve as a strong user advocate, and own the creation of user-centric design solutions.
- Create detailed user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and specs that document the desired user experience, working with teams to support implementation efforts from concept to delivery.
- Design intuitive, polished, and effective user interfaces that leverage modern design techniques and industry standards.
- Clearly articulate your design rationale and concepts. Conduct user research to gain insights into unmet needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use these insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Contribute to a design system and advocate for its application across different products.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Design, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates both interaction and visual design for consumer products.
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience
- Experience partnering with product manager and engineering partners, to advocate and drive a user-centric product strategy and approach
- Expertise in user insight informed interaction design, defining information architecture, leveraging design systems, and developing new design patterns.
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers and understand the capabilities and constraints of native mobile design.
- Great eye and passion for visual design and deeply knowledgeable advocacy for modern approaches to visual and interactive design.

Preferred
- 2-3 designing healthcare or related product
- Experience designing mobile applications
- Experience designing enterprise applications or service design
- 5+ years of UX/product design experienceExpertise in design systems, information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design. Experience drafting copy or animations to support your UX is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, and ability to lead cross-functional ideation and strategy sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 annually.
