Sword Health is seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and content creation. This role requires a leader who can inspire writers and designers to achieve excellence and produce groundbreaking work that aligns with our brand vision and goals.


What you'll be doing

Concept Development + Ideation: 

โ€ข Generate innovative, attention grabbing creative concepts for b2b + b2c campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience(s)

โ€ข Have the drive and passion to push the boundaries of what weโ€™ve done and the curiosity to question where we can go

โ€ข Collaborate closely with internal creative team to craft compelling stories and visual elements

Campaign Strategy + Leadership:

โ€ข Assist in producing forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience

โ€ข Work with internal marketing leadership to determine the most effective channels for campaign distribution to reach the target audience

โ€ข Stay ahead of market trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into campaign strategies

Creative Execution + Excellence: 

โ€ข Push writers and designers to produce top-tier, innovative work that sets new industry standards

โ€ข Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, sacrificing neither speed nor quality of output

โ€ข Provide actionable insights and creative recommendations based on performance metrics; ability to shift creative direction and execution based on performance results

Brand Development + Amplification: 

โ€ข Help to drive the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant while adhering to brand guidelines in all creative outputs

โ€ข Act as a thought partner to brand leadership to help enhance recognition and loyalty, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, from digital platforms to traditional media

โ€ข Continuously refine and innovate the brandโ€™s messaging to keep it fresh and engaging for the target audience

Collaboration & Communication: 

โ€ข Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging and visual activations across all channels

โ€ข Present ideas and strategies to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed

โ€ข Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas can flourish


What you need to have

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative strategy role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and content work

โ€ข Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team to achieve outstanding results

โ€ข Excellent understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into effective creative executions

โ€ข Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and content management systems

โ€ข Exceptional communication and presentation skills

โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

โ€ข Dynamic communication and presentation skills

โ€ข Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive creative decisions

โ€ข Passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to advancing Sword Health's mission
