What you'll be doing
Concept Development + Ideation:
โข Generate innovative, attention grabbing creative concepts for b2b + b2c campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience(s)
โข Have the drive and passion to push the boundaries of what weโve done and the curiosity to question where we can go
โข Collaborate closely with internal creative team to craft compelling stories and visual elements
Campaign Strategy + Leadership:
โข Assist in producing forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience
โข Work with internal marketing leadership to determine the most effective channels for campaign distribution to reach the target audience
โข Stay ahead of market trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into campaign strategies
Creative Execution + Excellence:
โข Push writers and designers to produce top-tier, innovative work that sets new industry standards
โข Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, sacrificing neither speed nor quality of output
โข Provide actionable insights and creative recommendations based on performance metrics; ability to shift creative direction and execution based on performance results
Brand Development + Amplification:
โข Help to drive the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant while adhering to brand guidelines in all creative outputs
โข Act as a thought partner to brand leadership to help enhance recognition and loyalty, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, from digital platforms to traditional media
โข Continuously refine and innovate the brandโs messaging to keep it fresh and engaging for the target audience
Collaboration & Communication:
โข Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging and visual activations across all channels
โข Present ideas and strategies to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
โข Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas can flourish
What you need to have
โข Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
โข Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative strategy role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and content work
โข Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team to achieve outstanding results
โข Excellent understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into effective creative executions
โข Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and content management systems
โข Exceptional communication and presentation skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
โข Dynamic communication and presentation skills
