We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Senior Designer to join our team and bring our vision to life through intuitive and user-friendly design.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our SaaS product. You will work closely with our product team, developers, and stakeholders to create a seamless and engaging user interface. Your designs will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining customers by ensuring our platform is both functional and delightful to use.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• UI Design: Design and refine UI elements such as menus, widgets, and buttons to ensure they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and usability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to integrate feedback and iterate on designs.
• User Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain a consistent design system to ensure uniformity across all product interfaces.
• Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Requirements

• Experience: I have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS products
• .Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design, particularly for SaaS or web applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of front-end development principles and how designs translate into code is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS: Previous experience designing for SaaS products or similar digital platforms.
• User Research Tools: Experience with user research and analytics tools.
• Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
