As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define, shape, and deliver diverse experiences across multiple digital platforms. Your work will influence all stages of the project, utilizing your skills in concepting, prototyping, service design, information design, and research to innovate everyday financial services. As a senior leader within the team, you will also play a crucial role in guiding, mentoring, and growing the design team and its practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, content strategists, and fellow designers, to drive design vision and strategy that aligns with user needs. Advocate for the value of design within projects to build and ship superior products.
- Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across various use cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Transform research and requirements into deliverables that demonstrate an intuitive user experience.
- Adhere to and expand the established design system patterns as the product evolves.
- Lead the discovery and planning of new products and features within a specific pillar, driving the design vision across our product suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience in product design or user experience design roles.
- Savings or Credit experience with a background in B2C product
- Expertise in the end-to-end iterative product design process, including developing and utilizing personas, flows, journey mapping, content modeling, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and creating high visuals (and other relevant frameworks).
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating industry-leading quality, thoughtful, and meticulous UX and UI work
- Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
