We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead our Product Design team.
In this role, you will
- Own the design strategy for Latticeβs Talent suite.
- Reimagine enterprise software experiences.
- Collaborate with Research, Data Science, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
- Set new levels of excellence for craft and execution.
- Partner with leadership for product interoperability.
You will need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Design.
- 4+ years managing Designers.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high craft skills.
- Experience with complex product areas.
- Ability to give constructive design feedback.
- History of partnering with User Research, UX Writing, Brand Design, and Design Systems.
- Mastery in solving unstructured problems.
- Ability to communicate design's impact on business outcomes.
