We are looking for a Founding Product Designer to join Miter and build the design organization.
In this role, you will
- Engage with customers to identify pain points
- Build and evolve Miterβs design system for consistent experiences
- Shape Miterβs vision, product strategy, and goals
- Embed design principles across products and processes
- Hold product and team accountable to high standards
You will need
- At least 5 years of experience designing software
- Demonstrated ability to ship exceptional enterprise software products
- Strong communication skills through designs and writing
- Experience working directly with customers to scope and iterate on products
- A founderβs mindset with high autonomy and velocity
- A passion for maintaining high standards
