We are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/x) to join our team and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers across Product Creation teams.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with teams to identify relevant problems and develop smart solutions.
- Work towards developing the next level of the lead generation business in five countries.
- Design simple and enjoyable interfaces for mobile and web.
- Drive your ideas from concept through usability testing to implementation support.
- Communicate concepts and customer insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor trends and enhance our design language using our design system.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in FinTech/InsurTech.
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are a plus.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.
- Strong understanding of research and applying insights to design.
- High level of customer empathy and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
