We are looking for a Director of Product Design to join our team at Turquoise Health.
In this role, you will
- Lead and shape the product design team.
- Define and refine design processes for the organization.
- Contribute to the design function and its impact on healthcare pricing.
- Guide teams through complex projects while providing tactical support.
- Advocate for a front-end design system and optimize design operations.
You will need
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in management.
- A proven track record of hiring, scaling design teams, and leading projects.
- Experience in complex domains like healthcare billing and pricing.
- Expertise in UX thinking, visual design, and proficiency in tools like Figma.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence product direction.
