We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to drive UX/UI design from concept through launch, focusing on startup products and ensuring design integration with business strategy.
In this role, you will
- Guide the overall design direction from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes.
- Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders to achieve buy-in on design solutions.
- Engage actively with the engineering team and external stakeholders to align on product vision.
- Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of innovation.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI Design with a strong background in leading design initiatives for startups.
- Fluent in English (C1) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong capability to understand and integrate product strategies with user experience.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro.
- Demonstrated experience in launching new products and delivering innovative design solutions.
