We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us develop products and experiences for therapy providers and insurance payors.

In this role, you will

• Discover provider and payor needs through both qualitative and quantitative lens.
• Build key partnerships and communicate cross functional design strategies and visions.
• Drive insights into elegant solutions that meet and sometimes redefine business goals.
• Stay curious in each provider and client work-streams to uncover patterns and opportunities.
• Engage in and inspire a culture of care, empathy, and respect within and across teams.

You will need

• Minimum 3+ years of product design experience.
• A proven portfolio demonstrating shipment of multiple products successfully.
• Strong expertise in visual design and applying interaction design patterns.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• A collaborative nature and a team player mindset.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and partnering closely with product and engineering teammates.
