We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and lead the design strategy.
In this role, you will
- Drive design strategy and scale the design system.
- Lead prototyping efforts and conduct user research.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Product teams.
- Fully own design decisions.
You will need
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer working specifically on B2B software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions.
- Expertise in UX/UI design principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with healthcare is a huge plus.
- Skillful at designing for a non-technical audience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of thriving in startup environments.
