We are looking for a Product Design Manager to provide design vision and thought leadership for Addeparβs reporting and billing products.
In this role, you will
- Provide design vision and thought leadership for reporting and billing products, advised by user research and data.
- Champion clients and partner with product management, engineering leads, and other collaborators.
- Triage design needs across multiple workstreams and communicate priorities to your team.
- Build and manage a diverse team of product designers.
- Lead, empower, and mentor product designers to deliver their best work.
- Collaborate with the design system team to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Seek and adopt feedback from peers, reports, collaborators, and leadership.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
- 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design practices and product thinking.
- Proven record of driving design teams through successful product launches.
- Passion for building an impactful design team and systematic design solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Figma, our preferred design tool.
