We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Rentable.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and spec out new features
- Design new features all the way from concept to finalized pixels
- Partner with engineering from concept to QA to ensure a feature gets built, balancing your vision, technical feasibility, and user value
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating them into experience maps, story maps, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Analyze market trends and industry activities to inform design decisions
You will need
- 5+ years of UX product design experience with a portfolio showcasing the impact of your work on business
- Experience working on a small design team and "doing it all"; early stage startup experience highly preferred
- To thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency as the default setting
- Experience in both UX and UI work
- Clear communication skills and enjoyment of collaborative work with engineering partners
- Experience with data visualization and interaction design
