We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design complex UI/UX solutions that meet customer needs and consistently push creative boundaries.
In this role, you will
- Translate intricate business ideas and goals into simple, user-friendly UI solutions.
- Utilize UX best practices, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards to create cohesive wireframes and designs.
- Innovate and drive improvements to client systems while providing fresh perspectives on tackling complex challenges.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align business strategies with design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and rapid iterations while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to innovative projects involving AI, integrating technology with intuitive design solutions.
You will need
- 2-3 years of experience in user experience design, design systems, or related fields.
- Proficient in user-centered design methods and techniques.
- 1+ years of experience working with Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX deliverables such as site maps, wireframes, and style guides.
- Proficiency in UI deliverables including interaction design, prototyping, and responsive web design.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
