We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join the WorldStar Hip Hop and Amino team. This role will work closely with the product and development teams to shape engaging digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, including product launches.
- Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, with the experience to know when to apply pixel-perfection and when to focus on low-fidelity designs.
- Create polished and visually appealing designs for web and mobile.
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into product and design strategies.
- Lead cross-functional idea generation sessions and brainstorms.
- Present designs and ideas to partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering to balance design and technical implementation trade-offs.
- Partner with the product and data teams to create UI/UX A/B tests for validating designs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong product design skills with a focus on user-centered design methodologies
- Experience working in an agile project environment with distributed teams
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Experience designing and solving for mobile application
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and/or other design tools
- Proficiency in mixpanel, google analytics, looker,and/or other user analytics tools
- English proficiency
