We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the design team at CapIntel.
In this role, you will
- Drive the design process from concept to execution.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
- Mentor and support junior designers.
- Advocate for user-centric design.
You will need
- 2-3 case studies showcasing your digital product design work.
- Proven experience in conducting user research, such as interviews and usability testing.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers for user experience improvements.
- Ability to work within and extend a design system; experience in product redesign is a plus.
- Proficiency in maintaining UI consistency and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Expertise using Figma and other design-related software.
