We are looking for a Contract User Experience Designer to join our team and grow our Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators.
In this role, you will
- Understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
- Iterate designs to ensure the product delivers accessible and actionable data.
- Create high-fidelity designs and refine those for delivery to the development team.
- Work directly with engineering to ensure features are built, balancing design, technical feasibility, and user value.
- Design new features from concept to finalized pixels.
You will need
- 5+ years of UX product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to work hands-on through every phase of the design process.
- Experience working within small design teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with partners across teams.
- Experience with SaaS products, preferably in marketing technology or data-driven applications.
- A fast-paced, urgency-driven mindset.
