We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a talented design team.
In this role, you will
- Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Guide the team in solving complex user challenges.
- Create intuitive experiences that align with user needs.
- Drive a culture of innovation and user-centered design excellence.
- Ensure design solutions deliver meaningful value.
You will need
- 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong design foundation and ability to execute all phases of the design process.
- Proven experience designing large-scale, complex data visualizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A polished portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Experience with design tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
