We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a focus on DevEx to join our team.
In this role, you will
- Design end-to-end holistic experiences, from discovery to ideation, testing, and prototyping of the ideal user experience.
- Define, test, and iterate on the interaction design of new and existing features (user-flows, detailed product wireframes, prototypes).
- Participate in user research to guide product design decisions (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.).
- Ensure all aspects of our product are easy to use and delightful.
- Influence product and design direction through compelling storytelling that communicates a clear UX vision to all stakeholders.
- Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to our UI design standards (detailed high-resolution screen mockups).
- Work with developer teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution designs.
- Drive collaboration and build strong partnerships with Design, UX Research, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align and execute your vision.
You will need
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio that shows how you tackle complex user problems, research, and validate your assumptions and solutions.
- Experience with design tools (like Figma, Sketch, Invision, AdobeSuit, etc.).
- Practical familiarity with modern dev tools and technical aptitude to work closely with engineers.
- Understanding of software development life cycles, including git.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques for different form factors (desktop vs. mobile).
- Experience applying lean UX principles with a focus on collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excitement to learn about databases, developer workflows, and application development.
