Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to steer the strategic direction of our design decisions for Staffing initiatives.
In this role, you will
- Work closely with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, including Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Care Operations.
- Identify and build services that improve the daily lives of clients and care professionals.
- Design simple, easy-to-use experiences and interfaces that meet domain needs in support of business goals.
- Engage with research and data peers to inform your design and systems thinking.
- Provide and seek feedback from creative and engineering peers to push the bar for quality.
You will need
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency at leading end-to-end design on key workflows for digital features.
- Ability to guide teams in making complex design and business trade-off decisions.
- Advanced skills in design and research to develop exceptional user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
- Experience mentoring peers and commitment to remaining current on design practices.
