We are looking for a UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) to join our team and support the development of intuitive usability for our software solutions and products.
In this role, you will
- Support the team in creating an intuitive usability experience and design necessary interfaces for both customers and internal users.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to define wireframes, usability concepts, and designs and ensure proper implementation.
- Systematically enhance and maintain our style guide and oversee the consistency of design architecture.
- Conduct user tests to validate and optimize usability concepts iteratively.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends and ensure that our solutions are current.
You will need
- Several years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on user-centered software design.
- Expertise in usability and the clear design of user interfaces for responsive web and apps.
- Experience in structured design component development and interface architecture.
- Ability to create prototypes in Figma or no-code tools like Webflow.
- Experience with user tests and interactive prototyping, including A-B testing.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English proficiency.
